Stainless Steel (SS) 304/316 manifold valves are robust fluid control devices, built from austenitic stainless steels for superior corrosion resistance, strength, and longevity, ideal for demanding industries like oil & gas and chemical processing. The key difference is SS 316 contains molybdenum, offering enhanced resistance to chlorides and pitting, making it superior to SS 304 for harsh environments, though SS 304 provides excellent general performance at a lower cost. These manifolds allow for precise direction and isolation of fluids, featuring various configurations (2, 3, 5-way) and connection types (NPT, BSP, Flanged). 

• SS 304: Contains 18% Chromium, 8% Nickel; offers good corrosion resistance, durability, and formability; suitable for general applications.
• SS 316: Contains 16% Chromium, 10% Nickel, and 2% Molybdenum; the added molybdenum provides superior resistance to chlorides, pitting, and crevice corrosion, making it better for marine or aggressive chemical environments. 

• Construction: High-quality SS304 or SS316, often electropolished for smoother finish and increased corrosion protection.
• Operation: Manual (T-bar handle) or automated, offering quarter-turn or multi-turn control.
• Configurations: Available in 2, 3, or 5-way designs for diverting, mixing, or isolating fluids.
• Connections: Threaded (NPT, BSP), flanged, or socket weld options for versatile integration.
